www.MothersAdvocate.org   Mother's Advocate is dedicated to helping you have the healthiest, safest, most satisfying birth possible.  A wealth of information with print materials, videos and links for you to review.

www.aims.org.uk    Association for Improvements in the Maternity Services.  This organization has been set up to encourage normal birth, providing independent support and information about maternity choices and to raise awareness of current research on childbirth and related issues.

www.drsears.com Parenting, children’s health issues website.

www.cordclamp.com Great information designed to educate the public and professionals about the umbilical cord and the potential dangers of early cord clamping after birth.

www.babyledweaning.com    A simple concept with a complicated name!  It involves not giving purees and introducing your 6 month old child to self-feeding finger foods from the start….brilliant, no more mush!

www.caesarean.org.uk   Offers research based information and support on all aspects of caesarean births and vaginal birth after c-section (VBAC).

www.drjacknewman.com  Excellent breastfeeding information and support site.

www.kellymom.com  Site developed to provide evidence based information on breastfeeding, sleep and parenting.

www.spinningbabies.com  A unique step-by-step approach to getting your baby in the best position for labour and birth (optimal foetal positioning).

www.nct.org.uk  Excellent research based resource for pregnancy, birth and early parenting.

www.healthcoop.bm  Information on prenatal yoga and conscious birth classes provided by Sophia Cannonier. 

www.cochrane.org  Excellent research based site for exploring all questions to do with health but particularly helpful for parents trying to make informed choices but struggling with understanding the implications of the research.
